Project Consulting

After an assessment of the way you are currently working and some of your specific challenges we will build an individual project plan to address agreed action areas.  The delivery of the project could include one or a number of the elements above.

1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

These sessions are designed to address the specific development areas of individuals within your company and will be based on your actual customer/business examples resulting in specific actions and advice.

Training Courses

We will deliver Sales Training to address a range of sales skills.  These courses are based on  specific topics and are open to individuals to attend.  These have the advantage that you will meet, work with and share experience with individuals from different businesses.  Alternatively we can design and deliver specific training focused on the needs of your business. 

Deal Coaching

An excellent way to deliver immediate results is through Deal Coaching.  This will take an ongoing opportunity with an existing customer or prospect and review the sales approach and strategy to ensure you have the best possible chance of winning the business.

Pitch Practice Sessions

Practice Pitch sessions are designed for those important customer meetings.  All too often the messages and pitch for an important customer is not fully tested and practiced.  Practice Pitch sessions will uncover how well the Sales messages are put together and how likely they are to deliver a successful result.
